French Spaniel
Need =multiple recipes for Salmon. My wife bought 50 some pounds of Salmon fillets from some guy. We baked it one nice with Olive oil and brown sugar rubbed on it. It was good until you got past the brown sugar glaze. Then we had another fillet with a oil and a seasoning salt. My family thought that was edible but nobody was crazy over either. In my wifes attempt to have us eat better I think we need to put some unhealthy stuff on the salmon to make us like it better. Right now just give me blue gill, northern or walleye. Thanks in advance
Sutty
I usually just grill it but most people smoke it. When I grill it I usually brush it with olive oil and cover it with freshly ground pepper.
Northland Sportsman
Quik & easy good recipe:marinade in soy sauce for 15 min w/melted butter & onions.Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning and cook on grill or broiler just until done. It doesn't take long (About 10 min. cooking time)and is a very good recipe. Another recipe I have heard of but not yet tried is to spread mayo or mircale whip on the fillet then grill until done. It doesn't sound the best to me, but I have been told it is good. Good luck!

ernie21e
I am a single guy so this recipe is fast. I like to get some olive oil and butter really hot like almost ready to burn, then toss my salmon in it, seer both sides and lightly salt with favorite salt and serve over rice with a squeeze of lemon.
