Maxxis Bighorns

Is anyone using Maxxis Bighorns on the snow and ice?

The ride quality and traction are awesome. They're not the best for mudbogging but you would be surprised what these will get you through. For anything else they're awesome. Especially rocky terrain. They are by far a tough tire. And you wont vibrate to death going fast down a road or packed trail like some mud tires.

The Bighorns are radials. I am wondering if anyone has used them out on the snow and/or ice.

I have had no issues with the horns in

snow,But on ice they are just like any other tire.

IMO if your going to be on alot of ice

pick up a set of chains.
