Lake Trout Guides??

I would like to try some lake trout fishing this winter and need some information on guides, maybe in the Duluth area.

Anyone know a guide I could contact? Most likely it would be for one day of fishing just to try it out.

Nobody guides Laketrout in the Duluth area in the winter. You may find someone who will take you inland around Ely/Gunflint areas though. No ice for it on Lake Superior around Duluth.

I recomend you call Jim Hudson at Hudsons on the spot guide service out of Bayfield. You can talk to him on the Wisconsin forum.
