Compatable ?

Was checking out the specs of the garmin gpsmap 60cx and was wondering if these accept the navi and lakemaster chip or would i have to do the old download from the puter? Has 64 mb card slot so is that all is needed or is it a compatability thing? Thanks in advance!

I believe they don't use Navionics or Lakemaster chips.

You can use MapSource and BlueChart from CD and possible from chip. Go to their sites and look around.

LakeMaster is making their chip in a Micro SD format now. I am fairly sure that would work in the 60Cx. Check out LakeMaster's web site:

Yes you can get a lakemaster chip for the 60CSX. I don't have the chip yet but the GPS is unbelievable.
