Nodak7mm
Yr old furnace, Goodman brand. I have water seeping out around base, pulled cover and it appears to puddle right below fan housing? Any clues?I got the installer coming in the next couple days.. But want to know ahead of time..Rod
0 Valv
You probably have the condensation discharge hose disconnected. Chec the hose that goes into a drain or so.
0 Powerstroke
Although the discharge hose may be disconnected, I would say that it is more likely that the discharge hose is plugged. Mine did that this summer on ours (AC/Furnace combo) and the hose plugged cause the tray that catches the condensation to overflow. There should be a small hose coming from your unit to a drain. Check that for flow. I had to replace my hose. $6 at menards and no service call to the repair guy.
0 1DIRTBALL
Powerstroke is giving good advice. I had the same thing happen to me. Needed to clean out the condensation tray and install a new hose. No problems after that. 1DIRTBALL
