IFallsRon
I've got to watch the salt content so I've replaced the onion soup mix with a few shakes of worchester, a couple bay leaves and 4-5 cloves and as much crushed garlic as you like. Add about a half inch of water and let that steam at 350 for about an hour. Add a couple onions and chopped stalks of celery next. About 45 minutes before you're ready to eat, throw in the rest of your favorite vegetables. If the veggies aren't done by then, take out the roast and let it rest while the rest finishes.
