Did anyone notice how many people were in the stands for the Busch race last night?? All 50 of them.

Get rid of this track already. One stop is more than plenty at this snooze-fest configuration and giving it a second is just taking away from much better race tracks and racing.

The reconfig of Las Vegas might be their saving grace out west, but nobody will know for sure until the next race there. The west coast experiment failed. Give it up. Move back to east of the Mississippi where it belongs and the fans appreciate a real sport.

I have to say that if the Busch race didn't come down to a fuel millage deal it would really have been anti-climactic.

A person does have to wonder if the COT will make for better racing on these flatter tracks.

Personally speaking, I thought it was a relatively fun race tonight. Lots of racing from up front on through the middle of the pack. I enjoyed watching it for the most part, except that the fuel mileage game came into play. But, that's racing.

This last race before the chase ought to be very interesting!

I thought I overheard talk on ESPN that it was aroung 100 degrees in CALI and that the event might draw better if they moved the date back. Just speculation.

Yeah, I do believe it was pretty warm. They should move it back to January.

43% of the entire race time was spent on commercials. WHAT A FARSE!!!!! That's FUBAR x 10 if you ask me. This I gotta tell my wife. We both have been thinking it was close to 50%.

They need to bring back the labor day southern 500 at Darlington, was one of the best races of the series!
