Pine city to Hinkley road construction

Does anyone know if they have finished the road construction on 35N from Pine city to Hinkley? I have been taking central past there the past few weeks and would like to go up 35N the weekend of Sept 9th and 10th.

I was just through there this weekend - seems mostly done. A little slowdown but not too bad at all. Both lanes were open both directions.
