Where are the largemouth?

Where are the largemouth these days. I have fished several lakes including Calhoun,, Lake of the Isles, and Tonka with minimal or no results. Has anyone had any good "luck"?

I don't target bass with plastics, but the last time I was out trolling Ely lake for walleyes with leeches and crawlers I caught 3 that were 2.5+ pounds, along with a handfull of little ones and a bunch of smallies.

Near deep water. Look for weeds, docks or what ever near dropoffs. 4 foot to 8', 8' to 12' ect. With weeds on top. Put this near a large shallow flat and you will find bass.
