HutchBucks
Does anyone know if the "Lemon Law" covers boats? Or does it only cover vehicles? And if it does...how does someone make a claim under this law?
0 Valv
I've been reading this from the begin, and I have to admit I thought you were exagerating a little or there was something else going on. Well I guess it didn't take much to change my mind. All I can say is WOW !!! I don't know what to say besides I am on your side 100%. I would DEFINITELY get the hunting gear...I am sorry I meant the attorney on top of this. It's winter time, you will not loose any fishing time (thank godness). I sincerely wish you good luck, and if there's something we can do about this let us know. BTW I am forwarding this thread to Tracker Marine, and to Link Rec. A deal like this means dozens of sales lost, you will be surprised how many people reads FishingMinnesota.com
0 Sandmannd
Wow, that's insane. I had a problem with a boat I bought from an individual, but you shouldn't have problems like this from a dealer. When Valv passes this on to Tracker and the dealer, they should get it taken care of. If not, they must not care about loosing customers.
