Lemon Law for Boats?

Does anyone know if the "Lemon Law" covers boats?

Or does it only cover vehicles?

And if it does...how does someone make a claim under this law?

I've been reading this from the begin, and I have to admit I thought you were exagerating a little or there was something else going on.

Wow, that's insane. I had a problem with a boat I bought from an individual, but you shouldn't have problems like this from a dealer. When Valv passes this on to Tracker and the dealer, they should get it taken care of. If not, they must not care about loosing customers.
