wiring or malfunction??

I have an LMS332c that has been turning on all by itself constantly (just started this week). This morning I came out and it was cycling through all of the screen lighting options which are controlled by the power button. This seems like a malfunction of the unit to me but could it be a wiring issue???

I would spray some Holy Water, and call a priest, it's possesed.....

Sounds like a malfunction to me. You can try to unplug unit, let it sit for few seconds then plug everything back in (PC users are used to this).

Also try to contact Lowrance to obtain a RMA.

Already tried the holy water but it just started spinning on its base. Thanks for the help.

Did you check the serial number after it started spinning on the base?

Call Lowrance and have it fixed befor warranty expire, I called today and they asked $ 169 flat fee for a repair....

Garmin charges only $ 69.00, that's the brand I will go with next sonar....
