Big League Tourney - Next Saturday

Just wondering if any of you out there will be competing in the Red River Valley Catfish League end of the year tournament in East Grand Forks next Saturday - the 22nd?? We have a couple of teams making the trek over from Montana, should be a blast once again!

I'm fishing it with CatManLee from the forums here. Should be fun since its my 1st tourny up on the Red.

Yepper's, it's gonna be fun. Water temps this past weekend on the Red were 82-83 degrees! I think it's the warmest water I've seen on the river. Fishing is still really slow during the day, but I did manage to boat a few fish, although nothing was real big. The biggest was 30"'s with the others around 25"'s.

Im gonna be there with bells on..

Well I was out yesterday and the temp was 85. Great big dead cats all over the place. I counted at least 15 big cats. BUmmer.

Plus I came acorss a fell on the shore that was hauling a stringer of cats that made me almost crash the boat and run right over him. 5 cats on a stringer, one was at least 20#, 15# 10# and two maybe 5-6 #ers. Now how sick is that.. no wonder big fish are getting so hard to find. Jerks like that are in the big numbers and we only see very little % of what they really do.

Im heading back over today and tomorrow and the next day... LOL...

When are you going to be in town there big sky cat man.. ???
