buying a park model

I am helping my parents purchase a park model to put in a camp site. Can someone suggest good brands, dealers, etc... What kind of discount can I expect from their listed prices? Any options that are essential?

Valv - not knowing what a park model is really is a good sign! It means you're not at the place in your life where you're planning for retirement!

Minneapolis Trailer Sales in Rogers has a few nice ones - we looked at some this spring and were pleasantly surprised at the features they had. Breckenridge is a brand I've seen quite a bit, but there are lots of manufacturers out there.

at the dealership where i work, we have a good selection.

we carry new gereration. its a newer company but they

are pretty nice. a park model is normally wider than a

travel trailer so it cant be taken down the road except

with a permit and a wide load sign. you can buy a 12 foot

wide, normally they are 40 foot long. you might want a\c

you can have them set up for washer and dryer. the one that

we sell come with furniture and bed. some have lofts for

kids.

I knew what it was, but I wasn't sure, I didn't want to start a reply on something that was not what he intended to ask.

Besides a little more detail wouldn't have hurt anybody, I would have asked information on a "RV park model".
