Gordon's hit last week was a mere fender bender compared to Jeff Fuller's crash tonight in the Busch race. Wow. You have to see the video to appreciate how hard it was. Basically shifted the entire body off the frame.

He made a hard left turn to avoid t-boning another car which sent him towards the inside wall. He hit perfectly flush on the right side against the wall. They took him out on a stretcher but he was moving around.

Yep, that was a bad one. I don't imagine there is much of a crush zone for that type of accident. I'm sure he has at least shoulder/rib fractures.

They said that Gordon's crashed registered 64g's; second highest ever recorded. I wonder what this one clicked off...

Heck of a finish to the race as well. I guess all the people complaining about the "buschwackers" ruining their chances of winning don't really have a leg to stand on now, do they?

Kudos to Kentucky Motor Speedway, they have announced that by the time the NASCAR race is there next they will have added more safer barriers and changed this area where Fuller hit to eliminate that gap that made his crash worse.

Nascar and the tracks are doing a very good job with the walls .Its to bad that the deaths had to happen to get it done.
