harvey lee
Dare I say that he might not make the top ten!!! Seems like either he has a good car and has bad luck or they just cant get thier act together anymore.Whats wrong with there team? The other Hendrick cars seem to be better. I hope they get things going as I can pick him 9 times this year.I'am afraid to use him now.
eyepatrol
I wonder the same thing. I'm starting to think now it's with the crew chiefs, but then again I also think Jimmy has a different driving style than Jeff. You'd think you could teach an old dog new tricks though, wouldn't you? I just don't know why they aren't mirroring their setups.
harvey lee
Just maybe the fire to win isnt there like it use to be.He is on a good team or one of the best multi car teams out there. He has the skill, knowledge and equipment to do it,but does he have the drive?Last year he just about didnt make it. Yes,he is now in the top ten,but will he stay there?
lawdog
Both the last two bad finishes he was running in the top ten and broke (running 7th or 8th or something when the distributor broke at Richmond and runnign 8-9th at Charlotte when the right front suspension broke and sent him into the wall). I don't see how you can fault the guy for that. Bad finishes and broken parts happen. The luck doesn't seem to be there right now, but the performance is actually fairly decent... Don't count em out yet!!!
OUTDOORNUT
He wasn't signing the 7th inning stretch again, was he?? ha ha I for one have seen enough NASCAR guys embarrass themselves at baseball games (Gordon's singing, Busch's dirt ball, Waltip putting the pitch in the dugout, etc.) Keep them on the race track, some of these guys couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with a baseball. eyepatrol
I think their arms are made for going left and right, not forwards and backwards.
harvey lee
Like I stated lawdog, either they are not running good or bad luck.Just seems like they are having more problems than usual.
