While at work last night, and through a long thought process of which the origin is unknown, I stumbled upon a question:
Can a MN resident use real fireworks (not the MN legal kind) while on border waters? Say an island or on a boat. Not that anyone in their right mind would light fireworks in said gas powered bomb...I mean boat, but this is a question of legality rather then common sense. Common sense. Wow, how so many have forgotten you.
Maybe you'd have to be across the imaginary center line of the legal state? Maybe you'd have to have a legal state resident with you? Maybe Jessie would come over and shake your hand?! Well, that is, if you haven't blown it off yet!
Anyway, I don't plan on doing this, it just popped into my head some how and made me say, "hmmmm."
