This scope will be used for coyote hunting by a friend of mine.You dont have to worry,I'm not going to steal your salmon or eye spot.

Not to be a busy-body, but is it LEGAL to hunt coyotes at night with night vision equipment? Seems a bit unsporting to me, but then I grew up with a different set of ethics than are common today. I'm NOT knocking you, but am curious about the legality of it?
