Spring Storms Weather During NASCAR on Fox

Hey guys Just want to know how you feel about this. It was last Spring I think during Martinsville. Half way through the race they interrupt the race for Severe Weather Now that said Bad weather can be dangerous if your in the path. What I'm saying is Fox has the race and broke in. If your worried about the weather turn to 4,,5,,11,,The Weather Channel, or your local radio. If Fox was the only station I could see their point but Man I WANT MY NASCAR!!! They should make a comercial where Just Screaming at the TV when a Tornado comes through [PoorWordUsage]ed they wont switch back to Nascar the tornado wipes out his house except the guy in the lazy boy, a beer and the big screen left and then they switch back to the race and the guy is relived and happy no house but the race is back on

I remember the race and all the breaks for weather.I would go along with a few short breaks and if you want more go the the other channels or the weather channel.

The problem is if your into the race the networks want you to know what is coming for bad weather.

Tough call,should be safety first even though its a cup race.Ones life is more important than a race.

I remember that too, a split screen would have been good or at least they could have locally switched the race of to Foxsportsnet or FX until the weather had passed.

It really put's it into a rating thing. If someone else is covering the weather I think they feel that they all need to be doing it.

Now that we are on the subject why do the horns blow when it looks like it is going to rain?

All the horns seem to do is draw people outside to see what is going on. I really think this will backfire one day.

I REMEMBER THAT RACE!!!!!!!! Man was I ticked!!! Yes, safety first, no doubt, but split screen would have done just fine too....all the other channels were doing split screen, why couldn't Fox?????? I'll tell you why! Because that effenheimer JANEY PETERSON needs to have her face on TV, that's why! I could really tear into that gal, she's made a couple of my waterfowling days all messed up with her forecasts (wind direction is very important when waterfowling). Nicely put, I can't stand the lady and I was really MAD when they pulled that trick. Could've done what all the other stations were doing....split screen and break in every once in a while, but noooooooo....
