I'm gonna try to get more info, but supposedly a Boy Scout from WI shot a 28lber this spring - am thinking that might end up the biggest in the state this year but with the mild winter who knows.

I know of two guys who have shot bigger in MN (not this year though).

That is one very big bird.If you get a chance find out the length of beard and spurs.That bird could score very high.

My brother shot a 28 lbr about 3-4 years ago, it was the biggest in brown county that year.
