1.How do make it so the screen automatically scrolls when I have the Lakemaster chip in it and am moving on the lake. Currently I have to manually move the crosshairs when the cursor goes out of the screen.

2. Is there a setting that eliminates having the solid black line showing your route when moving around on a lake with the Lakemaster chip in it?

Lets see here...

1- When you scroll around the screen and the crosshairs are always showing, the screen will stay in that location. You'll have to hit the 'exit' button once I believe to go back to the normal screen. Mine always follows me unless the crosshairs are up.

2- To get rid of your line, you'll have to turn off the visibility of your current trail. Hit 'Menu' twice, one of the options in the menu will be 'My Trails'. Click 'My Trails' and you will see a list of Saved Trails as well as other options. You can select the trails individually and at the very bottom will be two checkboxes. 1 checkbox is "Visible" and 1 checkbox is "Active". If the Active box is checked, that is the current trail you are seeing. Just uncheck the "Visible" box and it should disappear.

I bet that will confuse you a little.

If it is like the Lowrance cheapie I just bought, the fine manual included is pretty skimpy and only covers easy mode. The complete manual is online.
