Is the sheyenne walleye bite around Valley City done, still going, or not begun? It seems it is a hush hush type topic each year and I seem to always miss out on the bite.

I am not sure. I think that it has kind of started but I haven't hardly been in Valley long enough to think of going out fishing. I will be working with a guy this week that typically fishs it a bit so I will check and get back.

Sounds like the bite has slowed quite a bit in that area. I'm guessing it's not done, but it's dropped off dramatically.

I finally heard this weekend that people were doing OK on Walleyes in the Sheyenne by Lisbon last weekend....

I promptly thanked him for up to date information...
