whats wrong with it? what needs to be fixed?

Nothing. Replaced with 332c. You'll actually get a new transducer with the x125 since both units use the same. I did not want to re-do the 'ducer since they are identical. I originally got a heck of a buy on this, can't say how much I paid for it, but I figured someone will get good use of this unit for a good price.
