Motlong's and Maple Leaf?

What's happening at Sioux Narrows? Is Motlong's Resort and restaurant going to be open this year? How about the Maple Leaf Motel is it going to be open? Thanks

We stayed at Motlongs - March 11th - the Maple Leaf is never going to reopen from what I have heard - Sounds like they have leaking underground fuel tanks and serious issues with their septic system.

Thanks guys: Do you think that Motlongs will have their restaurant open this summer?

I have stayed at Motlongs the last two years and the restaurant has NOT been in operation. We either cooked in the cabin or grilled on the deck. If you want good restaurant food and service go to White Birch. Top notch group just a short distance from Motlongs. Also the Mine Shaft is just across the road and has good offerings as well. Enjoy your trip.!!

I think Motlong's restaurant has been closed due to the bridge reconstruction. THe temporary bridge and traffic lane, drastically cut into their parking lot area, and therefor have no parking.
