Wisconsin Fishing Magazine????

Hi, everyone. I moved from Michigan a year ago and, back there, we had an excellent outdoors magazine called "Michigan Woods and Water". Maybe some of you have seen it.

Is there a magazine like that which deals exclusively with Wisconsin fishing and hunting (fishing mostly!)? Any recommendations, would be very helpful.

There is a mag out there called Wisconsin Outdoor Journal, it produced by Krause publications and is located out of Iola, Wisc.

I thought John Gillespie put out a mag too called Wisconsin Waters and Woods.. I could be wrong.

however, I think of HotSpotOutdoors, this site as better than any mag. I learn more each day on this site than I have in a year of articles in any mag.

Dietz is right on... A lot to be learned on this site.. If you have any questions write em down and we will try our best to help you out in anyway possible!!!

But if your into paper reading... The magazines you want to check out are, the WI Outdoor Journal as suggested.. Along with Wisconsin Sportsman, Badger Sportsman, and WI Outdoor News...

I think the Wisconsin Outdoor News is a very good publication. The content is current, and you can stay up to date on issues that affect you as a sportsman.

But, as the two before me said, ask questions here. There's quite a few Wisconsinites on board and several Minnesotans who enjoy your water as well.
