I was thinking the same thing. They make it sound like that's not the norm. Now something like, "Walleyes hammering at noon", if it were true, would be a good headline.

Just for anyone who doesn't get the publication, the so called "headline" they are making fun of is the sub title to the Hunting and Fishing Reports section. It's not an article or anything like that and it seems to fit well in context if you ask me. I enjoy receiving and reading the outdoor news weekly.
