Portable sled/ski's/skid question

Two weeks ago I bought the Cabelas portable ice house - the one that you put the plywood floor in. Its inexpensive and I love it. I just haven't decided on the best way to get it on the ice. Everybody says to attach ski's to it, but that wont work because it folds in half - if I put skis on it it wont lay on the ice correctly when it is set up. any suggestions?

Most guys with that style shelter make a dray out of downhill skies. Something like a 2x6x a little short of the ski length mounted on its side tot he skis. Then a couple 2x4s screwed on top the the 2x6s on each end.
