Law Firm
Here is something that I just discovered this year. Cook them in a George Foreman grill! Season to your liking and it's ready to eat. Very simple and easy to make. Give it a try!!
ddsbyday
This or last weeks outdoor news had a recipe for pheasant souffle(sorry if I spelled it wrong). I read it around lunch time and it read delicious and because I was hungry I also imagined it would work with grouse or chicken.
mwal
Debone the pheasant cut into bite size cubes. Shake in a bag of pancake four or fish batter that is spiced to your liking. Brown in fry pan with olive oil. Removes pieces and put on paper towles. Empty oil from pan and put 1 or 2 cans of golden cream of mushroom soup in pan and start to simmer. YOu can add potatoes and carrots and simmer till they are done and add pheasant back in or you can just add pheasant backin till warm. Serve over rice.Mwal
