Good choice looking for a vexilar. The cheapest I've seen is around $269.00 This is for the FL-8SE Genz Pack. They also have the pro pack 2 for 299.00. If you look in the classified's Im sure you can find one around 200 or even 150. I went with the FL-18. I love it so far.

Make sure you go out and take a look at the Marcum units also. If possible, go to a lake and fish with both units. I did that, and my decision to buy a Marcum was made rather quickly.

I would check the used gear forum. I sold one for 190.00 and know they pop up quit a bit in there.

check some bait shops or resorts around you also. had a buddy that picked up an fl-18 all decked out for $250 while he was up at lotw this past week. that's a heck of a deal if you ask me!

You said your in the Mankato area. I bought my fl-18 this fall right from Vexilar in Bloomington. It is a refurbished unit and they still give you the two year warranty. I think I got about $60 off of list price. Just go to there web site and get there number to check what they have on hand.
