lost dog east metro,,,,help *******found*********

My 8 year old chocolate lab has disappeared Monday12/26 in the AM, male answers to the name JAKE. He is about 85 lbs with a bit of gray fur arond the snout area and is wearing a red "invisible fence" collar with a small gray controller box on it. I live in the northern part of Oakdale between 50th and 40th about 1-2 miles North of the Imation company building. My wife and I have been driving around adjacent neighborhoods all day, to no avial. Any help,sitings, or ideas on how to proceed would be appreciated. Humane society is closed today, so I'll try there tomorrow. If you are in this neck of the woods and see a chocolate lab wandering around email me or post here.

Contact your city and county animal control officers. If someone called the police, they would be more likely to have your dog than the Humane Society.

Thanks for the tip, I think we found him, cop picked him up this afternoon, dropped him at the humane society, we'll see for sure tomorrow.

Well we picked Jake up today, $90 bucks and we sprung him from "doggie jail". I don't know how he'll pay me back, he doesn't make much $$$$. He seems fine, just a bit tired after an all day bender.
