Is it just my computer?

I've noticed the past few weeks that browsing between forums and being able to view posts, etc., has slowed down a bit, and, at times, will not even download. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? Is it my computer or is it the site? I don't want to "stir the pot" and get anyone upset, I'm just curious. At home I've got dial-up connection, so I tried it at my folk's house (they have cable internet), but experienced the same.

Just curious, that's all.

They are in the process of upgrading servers from what I hear. Too many people posting for the current server.

yep.. we have had a 40% increase in vistors from last winter, which we were not quite ready for. We are in the process of updating our server.. Please bear with us!

Thanks for the update dietz. I too have to agree that the access to this server has been terrible lately. Sometimes I don't even get a reply on my high speed. I can't imagine what things are like for people with dialup.
