Organizing gear in a sled

I just bought a flip over style fish house.(Otter cabin). Just curious how some of you guys organize your gear in the sled? When I pull it behind the four wheeler, I don't want the stuff sliding all over the place. I was thinking of putting a floor in it. 2 x 2's on the bottom with a thin piece of plywood on top. I was going to cut holes in the plywood so my gear would in-set in the floor. Bucket, vex, vex battery for lights, minnow bucket. Each item would have it's own spot cut out just to fit. Am I crazy? Just curious what you guys do.

The guys who do this mold are friends of the family. They can go 50mph at LOW in sleds and nothing moves... A little spendy but worth it in my opinion...

They were selling a plastic mold for inside the sleds at the ST PAUL ice fishing show I saw. Never got a manufacturer's name, but someone else might know.

Any pics?...prices? How much does something like this weigh, i.e. for a Medium Otter sled?

If anyone elso knows of the pre-manufactured organizer I would be interested please send me a PM or email me [email protected] I went to the ice fishing show last year and there was a organizer that only fit the otter lodge and it was very heavy made out of plywood. I was going to experiment out of lexan or a light strong plastic to organize my cabin.
