Berkley Gulp

Gone...

Has been some talk about this previously... I will give you my thoughts, but you might want to do a search in this forum to see how it has worked for everyone else.

Gulp! has worked for me, but mainly for panfish through the ice. Have tried it on other species with little luck. On the panfish side, I have been using the Gulp! maggots, where I break them apart and use only half. The smaller offering usually is key during the winter months.

This winter, I also will be trying some new Gulp! products out for Lake Trout. We will see how that goes!!

Anyways, it never hurts to give anything a shot, especially if it is on a lake where the fish are not pressured, and are on the feed heavily.

I have used Gulp"earth worm" for summer fishing for light bitting gills and crappies. It certainly does help when the fish need somthing to sniff and lick when they are not sure. I have tried it in the winter but have found handling issues. It gets cold and doesn't stay put well on the hook.

i use gulp maggots (natural white) t-bone them on a small custom jigs demon glow and slip bobber setup and look on the lx3tc and jig a little and the crappie's hammer that sucker, THIS STUFF WORKS!!! I was amazed, i ran out of crappie minnows so i put this on last night and it worked just as good as the minnows.
