Rapala cordless knife

The batteries for my knife won't hold a charge. I got the knife as a bday gift from my inlaws this Oct.He said they bought it at the sportsmans warehouse in StCloud, of coarse they don't have the receipt. I tryed to contact rapala there is only a feedback email address that says they won't respond to it.Any help would be appreciated.

Possibly one of the local battery rebuilders can make one up. The Interstate shop in Coon Rapids does them fairly reasonable for cordless drills and such. They probably could help you out.

I would contact Rapala....if that fails buy one and return the faulty Rappala to the store and they will return it to Rappala.

My guess is if you could talk to Rapala "not Email" they would take care of the problem.

I had a Rapala digital scale that quit working in less than a year. Called them and they sent out a new one.

i also had this happen to one of the two batts. i checked the web site but, can't find a contact number. does anyone know how to get this number?

Just got back from sportsmens warehouse again this time I talked to a diffrent person they gave me a new knife, no hassels.

My Rapala knife trigger kept sticking. I called the customer service number and had a new one in a week.
