I bought a standard 10 ft Floe trailer 2 years ago to haul sleds. I have an occasional problem where when I begin a trip, I may feel vibration for the first 10 minutes, then the vibration goes away and everything's smooth. I noticed it right away after purchase and the dealer said it's not that uncommon and to keep my eye on it. Because it's inconsistent and it didn't happen much in the first year, I didn't give it much thought. But I recently pulled the trailer out of summer storage and same thing -- vibration for 10 minutes (at 50-55 MPH), then it stopped and everything's fine for the next 3 hours of travel.
I've never re-packed the bearings but I keep 'em full of grease. The warranty on the bearings is only one year from purchase so that's expired. And I religously check the temp of the bearings when I'm making stops on my trips, and nothing's ever felt too warm. It's almost like something's needing to get warmed up before smooth sailing.

Any advice? The vibration is unsettling.
