DARK30
Anybody hear about this? Do a search for evening secret. Apparently this "system" will bring fish in like crazy but it just seems too good to be true...and it looks like one of those thick letters crammed pack full of garbage you get in the mail. I'm (almost tempted) but thought I'd check around.
DTro
Ok Dark, I bit. Read and read, and then I read some more. Looking for the fine print or some sort of clue what it could be. I finally figured it out. It's done at night and banned in MN....Bingo. It's just a floodlight in the water. The light attracts the zooplankton which attracts the baitfish which attracts the gamefish. I don't buy a bit of it. I mean come on, one of the highlighted pictures with audio is some backwoods banjo pickin dude with a walleye and couple of crappies, which he admits took him a little over an hour to catch. Dennis Steele
Oh for cripes sakes!!! I've been doing it all backwards for too long now. Here I am using my eyes, electronics, knowledge, and experience on the water to look for the bait, when I should have been making the bait come to me!!! A little light isn't going to concentrate the bait enough or in a short enough time to make your fishing more successful than finding the concentrations of bait youself. But then again, when I was a kid we took vacations on Lake of the Ozarks and they had these indoor fishing docks. Lights all around and there were deffinately plenty of fish to catch. Of course they chummed the area too. Also illegal here in MN.
DARK30
OK, I should have known. I too remember the use of lights when I was a kid in Texas. Nothing new, just illegal here.
