Murphy Hit

Anybody catch the hit Terrance Murphy took last night? Man he got pounded on that one. Sounds like he is still in the hospital down in North Carolina, but at least he is improving from the reports I've read.

I did not see it. Was it a flagrant cheap shot or just a solid hit?

Murphy scooped up a muffed kick-off, and the coverage was right there before he could do much of anything. He took a hard helmet-to-helmet hit, but I would call it a fair hit. To borrow a phrase from NASCAR, it was "just one of those football deals".
