what is the best time of year to coyote hunt, when is their fur at prime? Sunny or overcast? open field or woods?

when calling should i have a hare decoy, Whats the best way to call em in.

I have alot of questions and answers will be greatly appreciated.

Tyler, I think the mateing season is in febuary??? A friend of mine hunts them at night then, He sits back to back with a partner, the decoy about 50yards away neer the edge of a feild. One sits with a 10 ga. and buck shot the other with a rifle and 4x scope with atleast a 44mm, 50mm would be better, calm, crisp, full moon, and a nice blaket of snow. He stackes them like cord wood in the old chicken coop.
