Lets take our guesses on who will get the last spot in.Ill take Kenseth.I think Gordon and Sadler will choke.

I think it will stay the same after next week. Kenseth will get the 9th spot and Newman will get the 10th spot. I'am a big Gordon fan and I don't think he'll make it in. His team and cars just stink right now. Hopefully next year. I don't think there will be many people watching the last 10 races without 24 or 8 there.

I think outdoor ran has the right people. Now on your comment of not many people watching if the 8 and 24 aren't there. Do you not watch the super bowl because your team isn't there? IMO if a person skips the last 10 races because his guy isn't there he's not really a fan then, is he? He will be the first guy to bolt after a bad season or two.

I believe the interest will still be there for the last 10 races,just will be a little less interesting without Jr.and maybe Gordo.Jr has had a bad year,but not as bad as Gordon since he is supposed to be the next ????.

The way the 24 team started out this year you would think that he should be somewhere between 1-3 in the points. With how bad they have been that has to be just driving them crazy, when other Hendrick cars are doing pretty good.

I'll still be watching some races, I have been a nascar fan for over 25 years. Theres people who don't watch golf if Tigers not playing. I beleive there will be some 8 and maybe 24 fans that won't be interesed in the chase this year. Even if Gordon sneaks in I just don't see him getting good cars all of the sudden to make some noise.

If someone watches the race only if there driver is running well and then turns it off because they aren't, they are not NASCAR fans, they are simply fans of their driver. These are the same ones that have to look on a map to find out where Pocono is located!

Kenseth is in, so is Newman. The #24 and #42 are left fighting for the million dollar 11th spot!!

12 and 42 out... 24 in, by a hair, but they won't do anything in the chase and 17 in too.

With the way things are going, I'd have to say the 17 gets 9th and the 12 gets 10th. Gordon and his team just don't have the oval tracks figured out. I think it will be close for 10th. Kenseth seems to be on a bit of a roll right now, and I'd guess he's going to be in the ways he's been running.

I would say that the 17 and the 24 will make the chase. But in the same breath I don't think that they will do anything and the 20 will run away with the chase.
