Who do you guys feel has the better TEAM DEI or Penske? By team I mean everybody from the owner to engineers to pit members, everybody except the drivers?

Penske has better crewchiefs (Matt Borland) is a engineer himself. Pit crews probably even. Engineering for plate racing sorry Penske. Every other race it seems Penske. Think it helps with more drivers, more set ups more testing not a fair compairson. Owners I know that Theresa works the biz side, probably equal with Penske. I think R. Gilmore would be a janitor at Penske. Every time you see him he looks so nervous. DEI needs some help
