Anise syrup Recipe

Hey want a simple inexpensive recipe for a very fragrant anise smell? Pick up at your grocery store in the bakeing section, made by McCormick, Pure Anise Extract, cuople bucks a bottle depending on size. Buy 5lbs sugar. Go home and with the permission of the Mrs's Take a qrt. size pot and add one cup water and 3/4 cup sugar and bring to a boil for a few minuets, remove from heat and ad three tablespoons anise, and presto liqourish syrup. Now head out opening day and warm that on a sterno an wait for Mr. Big. Less than ten bucks, and you can do strawberry, mint or what ever and make as thick or as much as you want for a few bucks. 4 more days Yipppeeeeeeeee!!!!!!! cant sleep. Later boar.
