Red Lake area waterfowl

Hey All,

I plan to be in Red Lake, MN for opening duck season. Have never been there before. Any tips on places to go, and gear required? I have no idea where to find a duck there.

On the reservation? well I know that I cant hunt there because I am not a native american but if you are I am not sure what the rules are for Natives hunting on reservation where they do not reside in? I would suggest you going more North around Kelliher/Waskish where you would be able to hunt ducks and heard its pretty good up there but RED LAKE, I dont know anything about that... Good Luck
