Jerry:

Your altternate email address does not forward that you gave me. Hopefully you will check here for a response.

Also this is the house that you and your cousin saw at Cabelas last winter. I remember you guys well from talking out in the lot.

Gordon from Hudson, Wisconsin. Your better half sent me a e-mail that was not very pleasant on your desire to purchase this fish house ?

There was "no" response sent back to her so I hope you look here before the general gets a hold of you frown.gif

Muskie:

The comments are well appreciated and the house backs them up.

I've been divorced now (15) years and I'm sure when I bought this if I was married at the time, it would probably have become my permanent living room after she booted me out.

But keep that in mind because its all season functional. smile.gif

Cant think of a better place to go hide from her.

Not trying to start any marital issues, but it seems like the ladies are manipulating my sales efforts. (lol)

The house will be consigned to the dealer/manufacturer by mid September if sales interests are not followed up on and the house not sold by then.

The price will not reflect the advertised price as well as we get closer to fall and with it outsourced for sale.

Thanks,

Steve

Karl from Brainerd, you did not mention which "forum" you saw my ad so I have no idea which one to respond on so I'll respond on each.

The potential buyer this morning got caught in some OT at work.

The house is still here and available.

PRICE REDUCED $7,000 this week only.

My health issues escalated over the weekend and have

a hernia that requires surgery within a week.

Compounded with my diabetic issues and no insurance this will financially smother me.

Employer provides no sick time or leaves so I'm sure the 4 -6 weeks will cost me my job as well.

ANY inquiries need to be soon as I wont have the time or health to deal with this house in a week.

Thanks,

Steve

Appreciate the thought. The surgery was actually ok with all thats on my plate right now.Just goes to show how a month or so can turn your life around. Perfect health and employed, to diabetic, hernia surgery,no insurance, and out of work for two months with possibility of lost job.

If it was winter and we had ice, I'd be in my therapy shack 24/7 instead of trying to sell it.
