  1. My son broke off clean the shower head attachment from the wall. The threads from the pipe are still in it. Wondering about the best way to remove the old threads myself? Or should I call a plumber? Thanks, Tim
  2. When I had to put my German shot hair Sonny to sleep after 14 years it was about the worst thing I have ever had to do. I felt so guilty for having to make the decision, I had hoped he would die on his own terms. Shortly afterward the vet sent my family a sympathy card with this poem. I only wish I had read it before we went in, it might have helped easy the pain. Here it is I hope it helps someone in a difficult time. "The Last Battle" If it should be that I grow frail and weak and pain should keep me from my sleep then you will do what must be done for this--the BATTLE-- can't be WON. You will be sad I understand but don't let grief then stay your hand, for on this day, more than the rest, your LOVE and FRIENDSHIP must stand the test. We have had so many happy years, you wouldn't want me to suffer so. When the time comes, PLEASE, let me go. Take me to where my needs they'll TEND, only, stay with me to the end and hold me firm and speak to me untill my eyes no longer see. I know in time you will agree it is a kindness you do to me. Although my tail its last has waved, from pain and suffering I have been saved. Don't grieve that it must be you who has decided this thing to do, we've been so close-- WE TWO-- these years, don't let your heart hold any tears. Unknown Author.
  3. Make sure your gas cap breather is open. As far as lying it down, don't fill it full of gas and keep the filler end up so that when you lay it down the gas in the tank stays below the cap.
  4. Hi Rick, recieved my croxton bag today!! looks like a nice bag. The picture shows a shoulder strap, just wondering why mine did not come with one. Thanks, Tim.

  7. Hi there, Crossed over at Int. Falls last Sunday morning. The DWI question never came. Just a few simple ?s, How much alcohol, tobacco, where were from, how we know each other. Came back yesterday about noon, same questions, took about 5 minutes. We fished Lac-seul, Fishing was FANTASTIC!! Lots of 3-6pound walleyes. Between 7 guys we caught close to a 1000 walleyes. The water is way down though, 8-10 feet. Look out for the rocks and stumps. ------------------
