A new Lorance

I am looking for a new Lorance fish finder I do not want to spend more than 500.00 $. For this price can i get one with GPS?

You are better off with what I have, and that is a hand held Garmin gpsmap76 gps, and a x102c color Lowrance. I got the lowrance 2 months ago and love it to death! The x102c is the step before a GPS model and it was 499.99 so I do not think you could do a gps for 500.

Assuming you want color. The 332C can be had for about $600. EJ

I for one can say visually a color very much outdoes that b&w model. You can see it from any direction and it is very much asthetically enhanced versus the norm b&w. I have used both extensively and hands down the color wins.

How well does this unit mark fish is it easy to tell what is a fish and what is a bait fish and what is not a fish. Also how many pixels does it have?

If you want color and want to stay in that price range look at Eagle as they are owned by Lowrance and have many of the same features for less cash.

fishlectronics has the x 17 with a 100$ chip for $670. tons of features, high powered its B&W though. I like mine.
