0 bucketmouth64
Check your battery posts. Contact might be bad. Use wire brush to clean it up. Has happened to me.
0 Valv
I agree, bad battery connection.Clean up posts and connectors and it will be fine. One other possibility is your positive cable on starter, might got loose or corroded, but I would go with battery first. 0 upnorth
Do you have juice everywhere else??? Also make darn sure that you are all the way in park, or try putting it in neutral and starting it. Dang things are fussy about that stuff Neutral safety switch has been known to cause that symptom a time or 2 ya know
0 Fisher Dave
Battery connection. It has good enough connection for the low amperage draw of the accessories, fuel pump, etc... as soon as you hit the key you lose everything because the loose/poor connection wont support the amperage draw. This could be the positive, or negative cable.. it is usually at the battery. 0 united jigsticker
What method of testing did you use to detirmine the amount of "juice" in the battery?I had the same thing on the wife's car. Everything worked until you hit the key. No clicks...Nothing.Jump started it...Fired right up!
0 rossthefisherman
also check the grounds sometimes that would cause it to do goofy things had it happen to me before...... Good Luck
0 fishtrap3
Did you get truck started? Father had a F250 diesel with duel batteries do the same thing. Turned out one of the batteries was bad.
