Mine went 17.75'' and Sami's was 17.5'' but Sami's was 3.5lbs and mine was a thin 2.5lbs! My two fish went a little over 4.25lbs but Sami did get the biggest - $5 bucks to Sami.

Ike - it's a lot of fun to get together with other bass fishermen...it was just a bummer that the weather didn't really cooperate with us!

Those were pretty messed up conditions. I think you left when it turned real sour. That was when that strom came around 5:30 or 6. After that it was nice out, well for the hour of light that was left.

River Rules 2.05.9 article C states: The guy who catches the most bass/weight wins the $5/angler pot, this can only be veto'd by a 2/3rds majority in which the guy with the longest fish wins... THATS ME LOL.

Sami - good think I put the most & first fish in the boat and saved myself those two bucks! For those who missed our BIG PAYOUT tourney (LOL!), you'll have to join us for the next one

actually the rule states that the first boat to bail on the event automatically gets the PINK THONG award for the next event.

But, starting prior to the official time is automatically DQ'd and therefore over rides any other rule. Strap it on Dudes!

Mike was the reigning official of the event and he changed the time. you just didn't get the e-mail he sent at 3:55 a.m.
