I just took another look at it. Roof does not appear to be leaking since last repair. One spot in the floor under water damage area is soft, maybe 2'x 2' would need replacing. But is is under the bench storage area for the dining table and looks to be an easy fix as well. Not located in a place where you would walk or notice.
