Otter square tubing question?

I just got a new otter and love it! One problem is that the velcro that goes around the tubing is not long enough and keeps coming off. I think the velcro was sized for the round tubing. That's a lot of sewing.

You are putting one flap on each side of the pole aren't you? I didn't have a problem with my new one either.

No problem with mine either. A couple of them are really tight and I have to pull a little on them once the poles are fully extended, but other than that they are fine. Really nice units.

Mine was fine too. I put one tab around one side of the pole and the other tab around the other side.Had plenty of velcro and was just tight enough to allow a little movement.

I called and they are going to send me some double sided velcro strips to extend with free of charge. No sewing this way! Good customer service. A+
