big drift
i think any time Matt steps outside of his house he is hunting. Or at least pretending to do something else while scouting. Ha ha aha, weak attempt at humor. Later big drift

MattKeller
Funny you mention it, stepped out of the house this morning and ATTEMPTED to shoot a crow. Dang, them buggers are smart.
Sartell Angler
Keller- no kidding...you so much as peek through the blinds and poof...they are gone. However, when called in with a few dekes and an ecaller, they become as stupid as they usually are smart...I love how a crow will dump right in on a call and dekes.Yesterday, we decided to dust off the ol' shotguns...put the crow tape in the tapedeck of the truck, parked in my friend's driveway (he lives in the country) and turned it on. Had one float over the top of us within 20 seconds and we proceeded to annihilate it. Decided that it was a little too windy for calling crows, so we went out to my buddy's uncles farm where there were masses of pigeons feeding on manure in his field. We decked ourselves out with white camo and ended with 17 of 'em. Those things are fun to shoot too I'll tell ya. Talk about testing ranges too...sa/wdw

MattKeller
We do hunt crows alot too. It is a riot! Have you guys used the foam crow dekes at all? We rely on the ecaller more in the spring and decoy them more in the grain fields in July/August.They taste better in the fall too.
