I just want to tell you people here at Fishing Mn. that Big Al is a class act. I have worked with him in the past and have found him to be a man of his word, selfless with his time, mild natured, a straight talker and all around knowledgeable fisherman. (Hi Al, how am I doing here?) Oh yeah, he also has a wonderful, caring and understanding wife that lets Al go fishing when ever he wants so long as she doesn't have to go with every single time. (allright, I'll quit)

Hi Al, I take it you found a new larger portable? I have been thinking of giving you a call to discuss an idea or two about some more fans that I ordered. I also have a cute little product to show you. Catch up with you around the neighborhood sometime. It's time to talk crappies! Troy

Guys, this generator is perfect for the ice house or the hunting shack!! Al has let me borrow it a time or two for the hunting shack and it works like a charm! I personally went through the carbeurator for him this past weekend and cleaned it and made sure there was no varnish or debris in it so that any potential "New Owner" would have flawless operation when they purchase it. Again, Al's equipment is "Top Shelf", he really takes care of all his equipment! cool.gif

PS. Al, that Troy guy is really an "@^*" kisser, he must want to go fishing with you pretty bad!!grin.gif

I can also comment on the quality of an item above. I personally checked out the shack and even had it purchased, until I couldn't fit it into my car like I had hoped. Al gave me my cash back and I went home in frustration. The shack is in great condition: folds smooth and the sled bottom looks it has hardly been used.

Come on. Am I really that transparent? Allright, I admit that Al would be a great guy to hit the lake with. I had to turn him down a couple times now because I have so much happening with work and the family. I really regret not being along on one of his Upper Red outings earlier this year. That would have definately been fun to get into a few of those 14+ inch crappies. Maybe in a couple weeks I can free up a block of time somewhere and take a much needed fishing trip. ethan77,

It runs close to 6 hours on a tank. I have never had a problem starting it in the cold. When it gets down below 10 I did bring it in the hard side house to warm it up first though.
